People hire me to fix their “people problems.” I have a unique ability to quickly get at the root causes for many performance, communication, team, and trust issues. (I’ve also been called the “people whisperer!”)
My 30+ years of experience in corporate training, executive leadership, and the field of personal development, included an equal amount of rethinking myself and using my training and coaching expertise to create tools that have kept me on a successful trajectory in life.
Failure is an event, as Zig Ziglar points out. From my experience, success is also an event. It’s not who you are. Success is a mindset. Who you are becoming in pursuit of your dreams is what really matters.
My unique and deep experience in the field of neuroscientific methodologies helps me to go to the root source of thinking – which impacts every aspect of behavior and subsequently, relational and task performance competencies.
I bring a width and depth of experience to small to midsized companies experiencing challenges in the arena of leaders and their teams.
My passion for developing individuals from the “inside out” helps drive desired outcomes and better results in executives and their teams. Building healthy culture starts with one leader at a time. (Check out the new LeaderPrint© Experience!)
(I am also a South African ex-pat, now living in the beautiful paradise of Colorado Springs)
I am an accomplished Sales & Business Development executive with proven results delivering revenue and profits. My 25+ years of experience includes leading both direct sales and indirect sales channels. I have been responsible for business startups/launches to delivering $300M+ revenue targets.
My expertise is in developing innovative sales strategies, implementing best sales management practices and building top performing sales teams that focus on accountability and delivering profitable results.
I will utilize my experience coupled with a disciplined approach to help your business increase revenues and boost profits.
My ideal clients are typically at the early or growth stage where the CEO is wearing too many hats with not enough functional expertise in key areas such as strategy, leadership, marketing and customer experience. They are looking for a growth focused business partner/second in command to help them navigate their way forward. Problems I have helped solve include developing their business plan or go-to-market strategy, reviewing their product UX from the lens of their customer, creating their investor deck to tell their brand narrative, and helping them create the right org structure.
Mark’s 25+ years of experience across industries, roles, and departments all comes together to highlight his strength at RevOps: operational problem-solving.
Mark was given the opportunity to join a newly started IT company. His leadership in operational and customer management shined immediately, and his role morphed over the years until he eventually brought his own management IT model to life in 2007. He grew teams, increased company revenues, and brought expertise to the table in cybersecurity, managed services, sales management, sales leadership, and business development.

“Natalie is not a consultant- she’s a partner. She deftly jumped into a complex marketing initiative and provided a valuable, strategic POV while also executing against specific tactical goals. It’s rare to see someone with her innate ability to synthesize complex ideas and collaborative prowess at the C-Level as meaningfully and measurably as Natalie. I look forward to partnering with her again soon.”
“I had the privilege of working with Natalie for a little over a year and her knowledge, organization, and professionalism were top-notch. She has a natural talent for simplifying complicated marketing strategy and breaking it down, into digestible, actionable steps.
Natalie passed on her phenomenal frameworks to one of the companies I still currently contract with, and we STILL use her frameworks and procedures. They are truly timeless because her depth of knowledge when it comes to marketing, is so vast.
If you have the chance to work with Natalie – jump on it. Your team and your business will be better for it.”
