Hello! I am a workplace training and organizational development executive with over 30 years of business experience in a variety of industries spanning financial services, insurance, hospitality, manufacturing, state and federal government, and more.

I am the managing consultant of The Training Doctor, LLC, which specializes in leadership development and succession planning.

In my work I help organizations to identify:
• their risk of leadership vacancies,
• who within the organization should be in the leadership pipeline,
• the development needs up-and-coming leaders might require.

I live in South Carolina, but work throughout the US.
